PROGRAMS
Hat Trick offers programs from 2 weeks to 1 year long. During this time frame, the athletes will train during the morning with a certified UEFA PRO coach. These trainings are specific by position to get a better technique and physical condition. During the afternoon or evening, the athletes will be training with their assigned clubs. Depending on the duration of the program, the players will be rotating between clubs.
NUTRITION
Nutrition will be supervised by sports nutrition experts. When starting the program, players will be provided with a list of the different foods that they can consume within the Hat-Trick program.
Athletes must select what they want to consume within the nutritional program.
The type of nutrition will be oriented exclusively toward sports benefits, excluding all kinds of unhealthy foods.
KIT HAT TRICK
Hat-Trick will provide them with a training kit adapted to the season of the year in which the program takes place.
LANGUAGE SCHOOL
Hat-Trick members will have a program of Spanish classes. The objective of these lessons is to achieve a more enriching experience and facilitate the integration of our players into their respective teams.
